Delete your TV Tracker account

This page explains how to request deletion of your TV Tracker account and associated data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the TV Tracker app and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings (Account tab).
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account enters a short cooling-off period (about 7 days). Signing in again during that period cancels the deletion. After it completes, the account and associated watch data are removed from our servers, subject to short-term backups and legal requirements.

What is deleted

Account credentials and profile (email, nickname)
Watchlist and watch progress stored on our servers
Push notification preferences and device tokens for your account

What may be retained briefly

Short-term server backups (then expire)
Records we must keep for security or legal reasons (if any)

Request by email

If you cannot use the app, email privacy@tv-tracker.uk from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Include your account email so we can locate the right account.
